There are several key factors that determine the success of search engine optimization efforts. Listed below are few crucial and important factors:
Domain & File Names: Name or pick your domains containing your primary keyword phrase. Use an easy to remember name as well.
Keyword Phrases: Your keyword needs to be one that is searched for. Check your keyword with Search Term Suggestion Tool or Overture Keyword Popularity Tool and find the frequency of the searches. Google AdWords Keyword is yet another option to do the same.
Keyword Density: SEO and Keyword Density go together. Keyword density is nothing advanced, it’s just the percentage denoting the usage of your keyword on the site. If you have a higher percentage it might be scorned as spam and get your site blacklisted. It’s good idea to have the keyword in your title line and couple of times in each paragraph.
Bad Techniques: Techniques that can get you blacklisted as they are considered spam are cloaking, invisible text, tiny text, identical pages, doorway pages, refresh tags, link farms, filling comment tags with keyword phrases only, keyword phrases in the author tag, keyword density to high, mirror pages and mirror sites.
While these techniques might work to give you a higher ranking for short time in the long run they will hurt you.

Really a very BAD news from the worlds most trusted Online Payment transfer service provider company PayPal..
From Feb 2010 PayPal reversing the money to buyers account. There is possibly some issue with Indian government and PayPal. Because of this problem – 90% of the Indian freelancers are being affected…..

Some Major Problems with Indians –
1 – They can’t withdraw funds to their bank account..
2 – Most of payments which have been received from Feb 1-2010 are being reversed to senders account.
3 – They don’t even have the acknowledgment about the estimated time to resolve this issue.
PayPal should answer this - PayPal is most trusted company for millions of Indian users. As a responsible and professional element PayPal should answer these questions….
1 – Why didn’t PayPal given a prior notice to Indian users that there future transactions might be affected after feb1-2010.
2 – Why Indians are not being informed from a long time that how much time it will take to resolve this issue.
3 - Most of Indians are being paid for services that they have done and transaction have been completed. So why they Payments are being reversed ? I mean if buyer will not pay us back then…???
4 – If there is an issue with Indian government then PayPal should stop withdraw of payments to respective bank account.. Reversing Payments… Is’t Logical????
We are looking forward to a resposible and positive ans from PayPal
Thanks
