Inserting keywords into your Alt Text (<img alt=””>) is a critically important part of image optimization and you should include a keyword or phrase that is appropriate to the image and your web page. The alt text should be inserted in the code for your image file. It is preferable to name the images in exactly the same way as in the Alt text. It will be advantageous if the descriptive text along with your targeted keywords is placed immediately before or after the image itself.

Insert an Adsense unit on the page where your Google images are placed and observe what type of Adsense ads come up.
